Our company is new to the area and would like to become more familiar with the community and all of the programs that are available. There are plans to open an Assisted Living Facility that we plan on providing a variety of services to, not only for the residents, but for the community as well.
In an effort to better understand the needs of the surrounding community, this letter is being sent to various businesses in the area with the hopes that the responses we receive will benefit everyone involved.
Our goal is to fill the space we have available, which is around 46,000 sq. ft, with various businesses and services that are much needed in the community, as well as provide jobs to the people in the area. Our facility has plenty of space for educational programs, as well as office space for individuals starting a new or existing business.
